Super Zoomers seeking to reinvent ourselves -- and we should be re-inventing ourselves if we want to be relevant, active, competent and influential.

Here are the 9 Tips about how to do this.

1. Identify and transform the behaviours that dull your edges. If you’re in doubt about what they are – ask someone.

2. Rejuvenate your confidence by learning new things and trying them out.

3. Accept your idiot within. Ask him/her to let your genius out of your self-imposed limitations. Your idiot and genius can’t live without each other so they need to be good friends.

4. Tune-up your Emotional Intelligence so you can more easily bridge the generational and gender gaps.

5. Keep moving through the learn, un-learn and re-learn cycle in all areas.

6. First, consider - It, then either: Do It; Delegate It; or Delete It.

7. Get clear on your top three values and be congruent with them.

8. Develop your Self so people will choose to know, like, respect, value, risk with, and trust you. It how you develop your power and influence as your hair greys and/or disappears.
